Effective most of the time
"It's my second bottle. I removed a star because the last few pills seemed not to last until expiration date. I kept it cool and dry. It is very effective if you are lactose intolerant."

"I’ve used several brands after years of only using the Lactaid brand. These work really well with any dairy I’ve eaten. And I will adventure to try any dairy with these ????. I love that the bottle isn’t too big but has 120 of caplets inside. It came sealed in a box and the cap sealed. It also had a seal inside as well with cotton inside. Shipped inside of another larger box with other items I purchased. I felt very comfortable due to that. I will be ordering another bottle to have one for my lunch bag for work and one for my purse. And I will continue to order these as long as the price stays reasonable."
Better value elsewhere, but they do work
"I usually take Costco's Kirkland brand of lactose enzyme, which has 9K FCC lactase units. I thought I might be able to get by on a smaller tablet. (It turns out I need to take the standard 9K.) The stuff works well enough, but I need to take three or more. Kirkland's the better buy for me."
