Painful magic pill
"I read all the reviews and I thought, "hmm, maybe I'm different than 95% of the people here who have written that their stomach feels awful after taking this pill..." Luckily, I took the advice (and the warning on the label) to take it WITH FOOD.
I've been taking this for over 2 weeks now, and I have to say I've never found a supplement that actually lowers my hunger. Until now. Every day, I don't feel hungry. And this lasts basically all day, which is pretty amazing.
The downside is that EVERY morning I have to go through a good minute of feeling like I'm going to vomit, and that's even WITH consuming food alongside the pill. Granted, I'm not eating very much with it. So far, it's worth it to me, as I've lost an easy 4 pounds. We'll see if this continues.
Note: this pill does not contain all vitamins you need, especially if you are a woman. It's not a one-stop-shop. If you're an old 40-something fart like me, don't throw away your drawer full of other supplements, but figure out which ones you still need which are not in this pill.
Also, this pill contains a good amount of caffeine, so if you're not comfortable consuming that every day, then this pill is not for you."
***No Nausea*** Break in Half and Take with a Meal
"I read all the reviews about the nausea, so I started out just taking 1/2 a pill twice a day along with a meal (approximately 7AM and 12PM) and didn’t experience any issues. I did that for about a week. I tried one day taking the whole pill along with a good breakfast (oatmeal and fruit). About an hour later I started experiencing mild nausea and a headache. I’ll stick to the 1/2 pill approach moving forward.
As far as the energy and weight loss goes—I’ve haven’t noticed any major changes. I did find that I was less hungry during the first few days taking it, but my appetite returned shortly after that. I also do CrossFit 3-4 days a week, so I typically have more of an appetite anyway after working out. Hope this helps."
Great Pill
"I initially bought these pills back in 2022 and I took 1 and got sick and I stopped taking them. I recently decided to give them another try because of the reviews ... however this time I ate breakfast before taking the pill and I also cut the pill in half. I've been taking it for about two weeks now and I don't have sugar cravings anymore and I have more energy. I am able to get a good night's rest because I only take half dosage in the morning. For those who may experience nausea try lowering the dosage and cutting the pill in half. It works wonders. Only a half a pill per day. I've also been motivated by having so much energy I've joined a gym and started working out."
