"Here is a little about me, I’m a 45 year old Male that works out 3-4 days a week mainly focusing on strength and weight training. As I have gotten older I have noticed it takes more effort to see results. (No big secret there)

What I have found is:
The appetite suppressant does work well and has cut down on my post workout hunger
The water shedding pill also works well, I’m not puffy and I can see muscle fibers in my shoulders and arms. I don’t find that I am urinating more often, but the volume of urine has increased when I do
The caffeine pill definitely provides some sense of focus, and it doesn’t give me any jitters, heart racing, or anything of the like
The thermogenic blend isn’t like a furnace all day, but when I start my workout I can feel my body heating up.
I would say this blend is good for those people who already have a routine and are looking to get a little help in the mirror.
If you are thinking your going to take these while sitting on the couch waiting for your next food delivery, and you are going to magically look like Arnold, you are wrong. You gotta do the work!"
