Be conservative
"Took one the first day, no effect. Took two the 2nd day, also didn't feel any. Took one the morning of the 3rd day and it was intense!! Very alert but not jittery like on a stimulant. The only problem was that this was a stressful day and the taurine seemed to intensify the stress. It also suppressed my appetite slightly which I don't mind at all. I'll probably take it only a few times a week and skip a day in between doses. And one pill per day is enough for me now that I have some experience with the effects."

"Read about taurine on Nootropics Expert. I’ve noticed benefits in anxiety, similar to some quality L-theanine and probably even better in some areas. I haven’t tried it, but I bet the right mixture of taurine/theanine would be an excellent supplement."

"I thought I would try Taurine to find out if it really can do what it claims and I needed energy! Well, I can tell you that this brand is wonderful and is doing everything I wanted and probably needed! I feel sooooo good, I am turning my home upside down, Lol. It needed it believe me. The energy I have Is amazing. Now, I am 75 years young, and had just lost my pizzaz somewhere along the way, but this has found it again for me. Also my mood has improved as well. Suggested use is three capsules a day but I would never sleep if I did that. So one a day is doing an exceptional job and I am hoping my system does not get too used to it, but if so, I will simply add in another capsule. I am a retired RN so I do search for complementary medicine before I mention it a my doctor. I am very healthy other than the lost and now found pizzaz. I cannot wait to see what else I get from Taurine. I will continue to buy this brand as I have used it before and have no reason to believe that it is anything but a great company making great supplements. Will report back if cognitive functioning improves as I could use a little memory boost as well. For now I am happy knowing I am helping my heart and vascular system and helping my metabolism.
