"I don’t like buying multiple bottles of mineral water and sending them through recycling. It seems wasteful when I have a water purifier. I tried electrolyte powders and juices, but they have a lot sugar as well as natural flavoring that I am allergic to. It took me a while to look for plain and simple minerals I can add to my reusable water bottles. It tastes a bit saline, but with lemon and sweetener to taste, or adding it to iced tea, I can drink this all day and count on the energy it brings me.
