Take one tablet, 2-3 times a day?
"I get concerned when you buy a supplement that says 1200 mg, but in order to get that amount, you need the dosage is 2-3 times a day. That also increases the cost and you'd have to order again much sooner. I've been taking one a day for a few years and I'm ordering it again to help protect my eyes and heart health. But do we really know if this is the right thing to do? Do scientists monitor supplements? Does it really help?"

"I started taking this for my cholesterol, and while I can’t confirm if it lowered it or not, I can say it helped with something unexpected. My dry eye!! I struggle greatly with dry eye, to the point where I can go through eye drops in a week. But surprisingly, I haven’t had to use eye drops near as much. I’m going to take this no matter how it does or does not help my cholesterol, just because of how it helps my eyes."
