"I don't like the red dye they put in these. I think the liquid filled Rexall Naturalist calcium I bought at Dollar General is better but with Nature's Bounty I pay less. I will probably look for a dye free option when I run out of these. I didn't realize they were dyed when I bought them. The nature bounty didn't harden my stool like other calcium pills that has me wondering how much calcium I'm really getting."

"Calcium with vitamin D should be started around age 30 for females. Just let primary physician know and approve. Also good to do some physical therapy on a regular basis. Males can start 10 or 20 years later."
