Really happy with packaging
"I usually get this from the drug store but they were out. I was nervous because this had to be kept cold. They package it in styrofoam and with ice packs. Other than that, I obviously think this is an excellent probiotic."
Great product, Poor shipping
"We have been using for many years, but it is hit and miss with the cold shipping, just ordered a 2 month supply but it arrived late and the cold packs were warm, in fact warmer than room temp, not sure if the packs were cold when shipped, there were 2 packs both placed on one side, don't know if the contents are still good, they say that they are good at room temperature for 2 weeks, but a UPS truck certainly isn't room temperature."
