    "I normally buy the powder capsule form of this supplement, but decided to give this a try. They seem to be causing me to have gas. Also feel like they’re a bit large. I’ll probably be returning these and going back to capsule form. it’s hard for me to comment on absorbency and value for money because I haven’t taken them long enough to know if they work as well as a capsule."
