"I bought this product with such a hope for my teenager son who suffered ADD! Because of his ADD and being struggling in school he have an extremely low self confidence which has resulted in episodes of depression!!!! He has talked about self harm and showed interest in drugs!!!! As a parent I felt broken and ordered this product!
So when I got this there were couple things I was hoping for you, first that this will help him focus and secondly he will get in better mood! First of all let me start by saying its almost 3 weeks he is been on this product......it has not caused any major side effect other than a minor headache one day,
I did started very slow and gave him half the capsule by taking it apart in the middle and spilling half the powder away, Now he takes one everyday other than on Saturdays we take a day off.
As for performance he still have lots of missing work from his school, he still forgets to turn the light off in his room, still is fidgety HOWEVER along with all this I seen a great improvement in his mood!
Before he had lost interest in life, Now he is excited for Christmas agaiN, I seen him dancing to songs! He is talking to me again, he was quieter before!!!!! We had to take his phone away as he was getting under influence of some people who were a bad influence on him....... that and this product I think both played a role in his well being!
I honestly can't believe this change and want to embrace it all because he has always being this sweet little boy and I have started to see that glimpse again......I am so forever thankful to each and everyone of you who wrote good reviews for this product! I cant tell you how many times I read those comments and they provided me with such a relief that there is hope for us!
So as for recommending this product I would say Please try specially if you or someone you know is going through emotional stress/depression, My best wishes are with you and Don't lose hope ! I hope this positivity is here to stay with my son and overtime he will be capable to do the things his peers can do.............
UPDATE- After abt 3-4 weeks of use, my son now started to get nose bleeds, but he is still in good mood so far, THANKS to GOD! So you might don't need it for very long time, please monitor as you take it closely, Listen to your body!! Sending positive vibes to all......"

"After reading the reviews I was skeptical since a few mentioned headaches but I was willing to put up with it if it meant it could aid me in refocusing my energy. I came across the product after a quick search after listening to Neurologist podcast on what steps we could take to refocus our energy and meets our goals. They mentioned tyrosine and did a bit more research to see who else was including it their daily intake.

I was surprised how quick it made an impact for me, could have been that I had just gotten a spike from my post workout, but I was focused on some post work goals that sometimes leave me feeling unmotivated. I've been using it over a month and have only gotten a headache once from not drinking enough water, but I'm amazed by the results that's reflective in my personal goals. I've been using ClickUp to keep track, and noticed that I fell off when I stopped being consistent.

Definitely recommend trying out a lower dose before moving-up if you workout, and be aware results definitely depend on your bio-chemistry for it to take effect. For now, I don't see a need to move up to 750 or 1000 mg."
