"For what it’s worth I think this is the best brand for fiber and it was also recommended to me by my GE doc so it was worth the try. I will say, fiber and me it works for a few days then it seems to not for a few then back on for a few … that’s just my body I think though - have had the same result in that department with all fiber sources."
