    There are a couple of things that should be noted, though--mainly, some of the expected amounts shown on the product label were different when tested and reported by an external website (Labdoor). I'm not sure if this has been addressed/corrected by Garden of Life. If not, be sure to watch out if you eat a lot of foods containing iron and vitamin A!

    I've broken down more detailed information into "The Good," "The Eh," and "The WTF?!" below. I am definitely not an expert, and this review should be taken with a grain of salt and consideration--but I hope it helps you make an informed decision if you're looking at different multi's!

    I usually take 2 of these maybe once or twice per week, or I'll take the full dose, but much less frequently than everyday. Multivitamins shouldn't be your main source of nutrients--your diet should be! However, they can definitely help if you have deficiencies, if you've been slacking on eating habits, or have a limited diet. I adjust the serving size and the frequency of taking these when to help when I'm in any of those scenarios, and I believe they help get me back into ship-shape.

    "I am really happy with the Garden of Life Multivitamin for Women.
