"Fewer capsules as compared with what I had been taking for calcium needs. It has a negligible amount of Vit C, but the Vits D & K are good. Magnesium and other minerals are probably synergistic, but I do supplement with more magnesium citrate. Especially helpful is the raw probiotic & enzyme blend. I don't know why they include potato starch, maybe they can justify it somehow other than as a filler."
