"I used this for a weekend trip and it seems to have helped in the way it is intended. I did still get sick, but probably not as bad as I would have had I not used this product. Since I can't 100% be sure if this product fully helped since I still got sick, I am only leaving 4 stars as a warning to others like me who get extreme altitude sickness. This might be more for people who only get slight altitude sickness. Next time I will try some of the tips other reviewers have left to help boost this product's effectiveness."

"Not sure of any of us from Grand Rapids Michigan, would have experienced altitude sickness going to Breckenridge Colorado. But we didn’t have to find out, took this as directed and no one experienced any altitude symptoms."

"Took this in combination with the patches and oxygen for a trip to Quito (a little under 3000 meters). Hard to say whether it really worked since I didn't have any days without taking them, but felt mostly fine in Quito when taking these. Would recommend"
