It works!
"I ordered this magnesium to help with anxiety as well as heart palpitations. Pros: I have seen MAJOR relief in my anxiety (I can't say it's 100% just from this, as I am making other lifestyle changes, but I would say this helped), have mostly seen an improvement in my heart palpitations (still have them occasionally, but I think they're hormonal) and have been sleeping SO much better Cons: the taste is not great... do NOT drink this without mixing it into something. It's got a strong herbal/salty taste. I mix mine with a little orange juice and don't have any problems but I seriously would not recommend drinking it by itself. Another con is that the dropper doesn't always pick up the same amount of liquid.
Overall, I would recommend this magnesium. The pros outweigh the cons in my opinion and it seems to be pretty clean and good."
