"The product itself is great. I need to take a supplement for bone health following a pedestrian accident that left tiny fractures that struggled to heal all over my body; I couldn’t stomach large pills, and these have been a good solution. They taste good (not quite like fudge/chocolate, but definitely close enough to make it palatable) and as far as I can tell, they get the job done. I haven’t had any bad breaks since I started taking them, and I used to have one every few months.

However, around the beginning of last year the packaging changed, and since then the availability here has been spotty at best with pricing to match. Prior to the package change I was able to get a package of 180 for about $20, and now the only options are 100 or 60. The only one currently available to me on Amazon is 60 for $10. Sometimes every product option is unavailable and I have to wait and hope it comes back into stock before I run out. Sometimes it’s only available through third-party sellers for $40 or more, which I can’t afford to pay for a supplement every month.

The manufacturer consistently has 100 for about $17 in stock, so this will probably be my last time ordering them through Amazon; I just can’t trust the product to remain in stock at a reasonable price point here."

"I use the soft candy type Viactiv as an additional supplement to calcium caplets. This gives me an additional 600–650 mg of calcium and vitamin D. So easy to grab one and chew without water needed."
