HIGHLY recommend these Electrolyte drops
"Being an older, almost-retirement-age version of a fit female, I thought bicycling would be a gentle way to enjoy fitness. But I knew that hydration - and for me potassium / muscle cramping - would be an issue. I did some light research, and decided to try the LyteShow Electrolyte concentrate drops. I add 5 drops to a 16oz of plain water or fruit scented seltzer water, and nightly add 7 drops.
Now four years later, I can confidently state - THESE ARE THE BEST THING ON THE PLANET for my muscle cramping. Since teen years I've always had leg and foot muscle cramps after exercise, hiking, or now any "out of the ordinary" activity like Festival walking, hoofing through airports, an all-day in new shoes, strenuous yardwork, etc. And of course Yes, bicycling or swimming, which are my go-to fitness. I've gone thru several bottles now, and find myself adding just a few drops to my daily hydration routine. Prior to fitness routines, I add a few more drops. I have had MUCH fewer episodes of night-time leg cramps, and the few times I have had - I can add some drops to my night beverage, consume immediately, and in 30-45 minutes, the tendency for cramping abates, and I can return to sleep. We also recently took a higher-elevation vacation, where my spouse suffered altitude to the point of medical intervention. During conversations, the Physician mentioned electrolytes, where upon I mentioned having / using these Drops, and the response was an enthusiastic "Excellent!!". I highly recommend these drops."
Quality Electrolytes without the artificial colors and flavors
"I learned about this product when Dr. Mark Hyman Functional Medicine physician spoke of it on his podcast and frankly, after that I would love this product no matter what. But I also liked the vibe from an insert in the package... it's a small company taking on a big industry and I like that they resisted the temptation to fill their product with artificial colors and flavors as so many do! This isn't a tasty product, but an effective one. That's what I was looking for... honest, effective hydration inside the cells."
Works well, no sugar or other gimmicks
"I was having painful nerve spasms for awhile and they stopped soon after using these electrolyte drops. About 12 drops per 8 ounces of water seems to work well so far. The small travel-size bottle is very convenient for adding the drops to water. The taste is slightly bitter, and reminds me of a dissolved aspirin tablet, but the taste is not very strong and the water is easy to drink down. I chose this brand because they just use the basic ingredients in their product, and do not add any sugar or other sweeteners or preservatives. Very useful for people who may be fasting or following other restrictive diets."
