Increase in strength

"Only giving four stars because of the taste! I ordered the Lemon and its got a bit of the artificial taste which was to be expected I'd say its probably more of the stevia, but the results have been awesome!
I am new to Pilates and have been intensely sore for multiple days after (iykyk LOL) but drinking a scoop of this before and after have cut that time down immensely, like literally the next day!
So if you can get past the taste, which I personally don't mind too much I'd say give it a try! :)"
Need to Disclose Nitrogen Content
"I tried Thorne Amino Complex because I was concerned about the amounts of amino acids in my diet. Unfortunately, I have a medical problem requiring me to reduce the nitrogen content of my foods and supplements. I have been unable to find the nitrogen content posted anywhere online. So, I have stopped using amino acid supplements until I can find disclosures showing low nitrogen content."
