Good value for the number of strains and capsules
"I have been eating yogurt in the morning for years to get some healthy bacteria, but when I had to take antibiotics years ago for an infection, I thought I should take an actual probiotic supplement in addition to the daily yogurt to help replenish my gut with healthy bacteria that the antibiotic wipes out.
I looked at a lot of brands with and this one seemed like the best value for the number of strains and organisms included and number of capsules. I have also purchased other NOW supplements and have been very happy with the brand. I just purchased my fifth bottle and take one every morning with breakfast. I can't say that I see any real effect, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm keeping my gut populated with a lot of good bacteria with no side effect."
