Not bad and gets the job done
"I bought these right before my bariatric surgery. They're almost the size of a quarter and are chalky. It took biting a sliver off of it before it started to dissolve. The flavor wasn't bad; it just took longer than expected."

"I love these supplements. They were recommended to use after my primary parathyroid surgery to up my calcium for being low. These work for me very fast where as I’ve tried other brand pills and it took too long to work. I think they are very tasty. I def recommend this if you need calcium."
