"I have ibs-c for almost 10 years and have tried the following fibers
- metamucil
- bennefiber
-psylium husk
-fibercon pills
-chia seeds
-flax seed powder
-Acacia powder
-Prune juice
etc.
they all caused major issues for me.
Fibersun works so well for me that I take double of the recommended dosage and I am going 3 times a day, like I always wanted to.
I first bought the monash approved version but then realized it was a lot more expensive then this one and the results were the same for me. So I'll stick with this one.
Hope this helps someone out there. Remember, your diet needs to be good for this to work....eat your veggies. I avoid cruciferous veggies because of my current condition, so find veggies that work for you.

"I love that I can add this to ANYTHING to get the health benefits of fiber (improved gut health, insulin spike control, feeding good bacteria, great digestion) anytime and as much as I want. I have literally added it to hot coffee, hot and cold tea, water, food of all kinds, brownies, cookies, and more, and you really truly don't know it's there! "I have taken fiber for about a year now- a scoop or two of wheat dextrin (benefiber, I use off brand) in my morning coffee. I have been trying to increase my gut health to help with ADHD symptoms, so when I read about sun fiber I thought I'd give it a try.
It definitely does not mix with water as easily as wheat dextrine, but it mixes well in my hot coffee.
At first I used it to replace my usual fiber supplement, adding it to my coffee as usual. I only used half(ish) a scoop because I was unsure how my body would react to it. Unfortunately, this caused constipation. I now use one scoop of dextrin and about 2/3 of a scoop of this sun fiber. Things are running more smoothly now.
Other than the constipation I haven't notice any other changes. I've been more emotional lately, but that seems like it would be a strange side effect for fiber. I only mention because there have been a lot of links discovered recently between gut health and mental health.
I will finish out the container and see how it goes. Maybe I will notice a change if I stop taking it after that? We shall see. I will update in a month or so as to how my little experiment goes."
