"Hard to notice change in hair until after months of progress probably, BUT GIRLLLS MY NAILS ???? - so keep in mind that my nails already grow nice, but they tend to break when they get to where I like them. My nails are stronger and growing double the amount that they used to even after almost 2 weeks of these pills. It’s actually insane and I hope I see the improvement in my hair, which is actually what I got these pills for. I will update on that and if I see anything else along the way. I’ve tried other biotin pills since I was like 15 and being 22 now I feel I finally found what works for me. I think 5000mcg is a good place to start, that’s where I’m at right now.

**update 3/16/23: nails still going strong, it’s been around three weeks now? I have one little pimple now but I’m not bothered by it. If you do tend to break out and it’s a concern then I’d probably say steer clear from biotin pills and gummies all together anyways. No more updates until months go by, I want to see if my hair shows any drastic change.

**Update 4/18/23:
I am actually now noticing a balding spot. Years ago I used to pull my hair out unintentionally in the same spot because of some act out of anxiety. It was a weird habit. I don’t know why I used to do it but I did. I’ve always had a thinner part of hair under my thick hair of curls because of that. Well, now it’s thinning more so I have to stop these pills. Sad because I loved how these made my nails. :(

I discussed my issue with them and they thought it was very unusual with my hair reaction as well since biotin isn’t proven to ever thin hair like this, so to be safe I’m stopping it, but correlation isn’t always causation and it could be from something else.

This product works for most it seems so I’d try it over any other brand. I just wanted to document my own experience."
