"I love this stuff! I bought my first bottle about 40 days ago. It worked so well for my fibromyalgia and arthritis. Energy and appetite control was just a perk. I started making my husband take it too and his mood has Improved and his energy level and stress levels are stabilized. I do advised taking a break in between bottles, 7 days, because it seems to loose it’s “umph” after 35 days. I take 2 in the morning with my coffee. My husband takes 2 morning and before bed. He seems to do better with this dosage, plus he works a physically demanding job. I definitely recommend this to everyone. Start with 2 in the morning for a few days to see how you feel. If you feel you need more after the first 5 days, then start taking a second dose at a time that works for you. We do morning and evening. Remember, it takes approximately 7 to 10 days to start feeling the benefits. A full 3 weeks will give you an idea how you will feel. Always take with a full glass of water (8 oz) on empty stomach an hour before eating or an hour after eating in the evening. Remember to take a “cycle” break in between bottles. Same with other vitamins you take as well. I love this brand of moringa!"
