I actually think it works
"I started taking this supplement the day I was started taking med for HYPOthyroidism to avoid hair loss that typically comes with started this medication. So far, the hair loss that I was experiencing has stopped, so I don't know if it was the medication or these supplements or both, but I'll continue.
I don't have brittle nails, so I can't say it's helping there."
