"My niece touted the benefits of black seed oil and I thought I’d give it a try. She takes the oil, but I opted for gel caps. I was excited to try and as with most supplements, I anticipated maybe a week or so before I could tell any difference. I took the first dose and WOW! Fifteen minutes later, a definite increase in mood! Not euphoric, subtle. More focused and energetic. A general feeling of well being. Very minor aches and pains began to fade the next day. This is as near a panacea as anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m taking one a day, not two. One caveat, the only negative is a mild, distasteful burp shortly after taking it. It usually lasts for a few hours. Refrigerating the capsules seems to help with this. Also, it has become less as my body has adjusted. I hope you experience similar positive benefits!"

"I received my order in a timely manner with the bottle and its contents in tact. I take this black seed oil and a joint supplement for knee pain and stiffness. My left knee needs to be replaced, and the right one needs torn meniscus surgery. Therefore, sometimes I have difficulty getting up from a seated position. Please keep them affordable because I need them along with all of my other medications and supplements to keep me going."
