"I bought these to try when I was diagnosed with high sugar levels and after doing some research, berberine has been known to help with time. I bought this brand since they were affordable and had good reviews. I've taken them less than a month so I've not had my levels checked yet, but I feel somewhat different I suppose. I feel full after taking them (I take them before I eat dinner in the evening). Only other noticeable changes is my pee is now as yellow as the supplement. No issues in taking them except there's been a few times before I get them swallowed, I get a taste of finger nail polish remover? It's weird, but not enough that I've stopped taking them because of it. I'll try to update with results as I'm hoping to keep taking these at least for 3 months to see if there really is any kind of change."

"I didn't see a USP label on this product, but I will say that I tried another brand, and watched my blood sugar go through the roof. This is such an effective product, I thought I would take another brand simply because it was 500MG per pill instead of 600MG per pill like this brand. Big Mistake! The other brand must be fake because I have a continuous blood sugar monitor, and it showed my numbers going over 200-250 with the other brand. If you are serious about controlling your blood sugar, be sure not to overuse this brand of berberine because it works really well, and your blood sugar could end up getting too low. Only take the recommended dosage, and use a blood sugar monitor every couple of hours until you know if you are taking the right dosage."

"This is the highest quality berberine supplement that I have been able to find. It has a higher dose of berberine HCI than advertised by most other brands at 600mg per capsule. It's also very pure without additives, which I always look for when searching for new supplements. So far this seems to be helping with my energy levels by maintaining blood sugar.
