"I am so excited to finally have found a probiotic that has actually worked! I've struggled with bloat and constipation daily. This probiotic produces a bowel movement daily and thus in turn reduces my stomach bloat. I'm so grateful to have found a fast acting probiotic. I've only taken it for 10 days and already am very impressed. When I go on vacation, my constipation is usually at it's worst - but not this time! I was regular the entire time! I take one capsule at bedtime. The capsules are big but I find I easily swallow it by taking a sip of water, lowering my chin slightly forward, then swallowing. It goes right down. If you've been struggling, give this one a try for sure!"
