Works amazingly for athlete's foot
"I'm no doctor. I was having issues with a very aggressive athletes foot infection that was "cured" using doctor prescribed ointments. It came back with a passion after 3 months and the new cream wasn't doing anything. I work construction and that means long work boot use at least 10 hours a day which wasn't helping because of sweat and heat, I was itching like crazy.
I read online that B3 mixed with silver gel was a good "treatment" for athlete's foot. I was extremely skeptical but I was also desperate to get rid of it so I tried it and after a few days of applying the mixture I stopped itching like crazy at night and surprisingly enough during the day. I still can't believe how effective the b3/silver gel mixture is. I apply it twice a day.

Niacinamide seems to reduce occurrence of basal cell carcinomas
"I started taking it last October after my dermatologist suggested it might reduce the number of BCCs I was presenting with. I had a series of Mohs surgeries to remove BCCs from my face, and the pain and scarring was not fun. At my recent 6 month skin check, no BCCs were found. I think it may be effective and will continue taking it twice a day."
Bought for Rosacea, Not sure?
"I bought these because I have searched and searched so many different things to help with Rosacea. I’ve had rosacea for as long as I can remember. For those of you who don’t know what rosacea is, there are two different types. Type one rosacea is vascular rosacea meaning some blood vessels in the face are visible and cause redness. Type two rosacea is inflammatory which includes the blood vessels in the face are visible, causing redness, but you also have pimple like bumps. I have type one rosacea and it’s horrible. I have tried so many different prescription creams/pills from dermatologist, tried cutting certain things out of my diet (dairy, alcohol, and processed foods all trigger and increase redness with rosacea as these foods can be inflaming), sensitive skin products, and even laser treatment one time. The laser treatment helped, but it didn’t last forever and I would like to get it again (again $$$). I tried these thinking they may help has Niacinamide is really good for the skin. I’ve taken these consistently since the beginning of February (over a month) and haven’t seen a change in my skin. I dont think I’ll repurchase these, but will update my review if anything changes"
