Feed 45MIN~1HR before bed time
"I've been subscribed to this for at least half a year now. It works, but mileage may vary. It doesn't fix her nighttime wakings by a whole lot. I use it to make sure she gets tired for bed time (otherwise she'll never go to bed)
Here are some things I noticed...
3YR old toddler's bedtime is 9PM. I feed one gummy usually at 8PM. By 8:45PM, she's showing signs of tiredness. I use the 15 MIN window to try to usher my kid to do her potty attempt + brush teeth. She usually tries to delay until 9PM, but it's ok.
I've sometimes missed the timing and feed at 8:30PM before--she doesn't show signs for bedtime routine until 9PM ish which delays bedtime a bit, but it's not a big deal.
If she somehow stayed awake 1HR past the time she ate the gummy, it's crankytown time thereafter.
I don't really notice a big change in her night time wakings apart from her developmental milestones (wetting bed, waking up due to scares). She still tries to stall by asking for lots of book time, whining when I try to leave, and leave the bed when I leave the room... This is in a normal solo-kid room setting with humidifier, nightlight and white noise machine.
If you're looking to use this to make your kid stay in bed, it may or may not work for you. If you're using this to make sure they get tired by a certain time, yes it works."

Good product
"This is a good product. My kids enjoy the taste and generally are picky little squirts. Seems to work well even with the dose of melatonin the lowest I’ve seen in a gummy. I like this brand in general and this product is in line with most of their things quality wise."
Seem to help marginally
"I’m not sure that these are magic by any means, but they seem to marginally help my children fall asleep/stay asleep. I mostly use them on nights I’m afraid they need that extra boost to get to sleep/stay asleep longer, not as a nightly regimen."
