"I receive this on a monthly basis. I have only had one issue where the caplets melted together and I could not separate them. I followed the suggestion of the manufacturer and when that failed, they promptly replaced them. Very satisfied."
Hard to swallow, must be taken on empty stomach and wait an hour to eat. Try gel packs if you are sensitive.
"I have been using this product for about a week, and the main thing I want to mention is that the caps are very hard to swallow.The soft gels are very hard and unyielding and they make my throat sore. I am a pro at swallowing large pills and these are the most painful by far. The gel caps look small but they are hard, and the circumference is large. They are smooth, but they always hurt going down. I normally swallow supplements with a smoothie, but these are taken on an empty stomach. I may go back to the nasty gel packets after I finish this bottle of gel caps. I don't like to eat gelatin anyway as I am vegan. I do like that I don't have sulfa burps with the caps, but I don't like that you have to wait an hour to eat, whereas with the goo, you only have to wait 15 minutes to eat. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and my chronic pain has decreased, but it's difficult to isolate the different factors, especially after only a week of pulsing this supplement. I didn't know i had to wait an hour to eat either, so I was just waiting 15 minutes. After I got an email from the company, I read that you have to wait an hour to eat after taking this. I tried it yesterday. It may just be coincidence, but I had more energy and felt better overall. I will edit my review after I finish the bottle."
