"This is one of the only nerve supplements containing R-Alpha Lipoic Acid which is apparently much better than the non-R-Alpha version. It also contains Benfotiamine (synthetic Thiamine/Vitamin B1) but apparently absorbs better into the body than B1. It's truly impossible to know if it's actually helping, but it's certainly not making things any worse, and it feels good taking it knowing there are so many beneficial ingredients. I damaged the ulnar nerve in my right arm almost 2 months ago and still don't have full strength and feeling back, but will continue taking the supplements until I am healed."

"Ive used this product for close to two years. My neurophaty was at worse. I couldn’t drive cause I could feel gas and brake pedals. After about 3 months I start feeling my feet and had more confident driving. Was real good product but kinda expensive. So I switch to other product less costly . It also works just as good."
