"After antibiotic use my microbiome was shot. Major diarrhea throughout night. Got this stuff next day and took midafternoon. The next day I decided I'd better do the maximum two per day dosage. What followed were three full days of blockage with cramping and continually feeling the urge to go and nothing much would happen. I was very sore and miserable. Day 4 was still a pretty sore day when some the blockage finally let up. By the next day I was getting back to normal. This stuff must have repopulated my system because the diarrhea did not return.
