"I woke up a week ago with severe vertigo. After going to 2 PT people and a doctor it was confirmed that I had BPPV in my left ear. BPPV can settle into any of three channels, or coils, within the ear. A small calcium crystal moves into the wrong coil mixed with a thick liquid and creates the vertigo.
