I take 2 a day on the regular so it’s a little less than a dollar a day I am spending. Next is sugar, It used to be easy to get sugar back then before the weight loss crazes so make sure you get a bit of sugar during your day. Since Sugar is part of the energy formula go ahead and eat a candy or two right before you take the rest of the energy formula. Another part of the formula is B complex vitamins you need to be taking a stand alone b vitamin I take one b complex stand alone. One is the recommendation for Divine Bounty’s brand .So mineral water is next this one was hard to figure out but if you need vitamins why wouldn’t you need minerals??When it comes to mineral water pelligrino does not count it is too weak. I then bought perrier to combat balance problems since topo chico gives you balance problems. I drank two and a half cans of perrier. The thing is perrier gives you slight headache and dry nose. So I switched to SISU’s only minerals. Between the change in taking only B complex vitamins when it came to my morning vitamins and taking SISU’s only minerals. I am now in hog heaven. This formula should give you energy to stay awake all day. I took the salt bridge out because of the fact that your body should probably be doing this naturally. So I figure forcing it to do this is a bad idea. A salt bridge was 2 to 3 pinches of salt in 12 oz of water. So along with the energy formula by day I recommend a multivitamin with a candy at night. This gives the body all the parts of the energy formula minus the stimulant. The problem is Walgreens vitamins make your eyes itch. So I switched to Wal Mart’s equate brand and that solved the problem. So now you are going to need to get a pill splitter and take only half a vitamin at night because a full vitamin needs you to devote about 8 hours of sleep to it and a half vitamin only needs 4. So if you have children a half vitamin is safer for mom or dad to take. I’ve had where the multivitamins made me tired instead and it’s probably because your body is trying to do work with them. That’s why I recommend a multivitamin overnight and half of it so you don’t wake up groggy if something were to happen and you don’t get 8 hours of sleep.

So Topo chico as a mineral water gave me balance issues, drinking Perrier gave me slight headache?? Multivitamins made my eyes itch if taken during the day. I take a multi vitamin overnight to aid in healing.
My energy plan is to now take multivitamins before I go to bed for healing. I then take stand alone B complex vitamins the brand is Divine Bounty from Amazon. The B vitamins are stand alone because the b vitamins in a multivitamin are just for the repairs done for the vitamin not for the energy of the day. So the days energy plan is to use 1 standalone B complex vitamin, then I take a only minerals supplement from Sisu that’s the brand and they are only minerals like I said. I use the recommended 4. My stimulant is Zantrex still. I take two Zantrex a day. Sugar is my sugar. With this formula my headaches have gone away and energy is well given. . You are no longer drinking mineral water so make sure you are drinking enough water to aid in the water soluble b vitamin disposal if needed.
• I take 4 mineral pills, 1 B complex stand alone pill, 2 Zantrex pills and one or two candies. I also take 1 half multivitamin at bedtime along with one candy at night. Everything should be found on AMAZON and Wal Mart.
