"I still can not believe it! I take this small dose and I am 200 pound men. It was enough to clean up my chronical ear infection even without antibiotics. Antibiotics stopped working for me long time ago. I also take 2 tablets a day Spirulina and 2 tablets of Omegaastin a day. The may work in combination. "I've used this enzyme to remove the scar tissue that forms in a "frozen" shoulder, which I've now had bilaterally and it has worked well. Each time, this product has helped to regain full mobility in the shoulder joints. In my research about taking serrapeptase, I read it is important to take breaks (2-3 wks) after using it daily for three to four months or so. I also read that it is imperative to take it on an empty stomach, otherwise, it may cause severe stomach upset and cramping. I would take it first thing in the morning with water or coffee, at least an hour to an hour and a half before breakfast, especially ingestion of any protein. This is NOT medical advice!
