This is the best magnesium I have ever tried
"I have bought several types of magnesium on Amazon, several brands, and some more expensive than this one. With the previous ones, I didn't feel any improvement, but with this magnesium, wow, my God, already on the third day, it had helped me with constipation, stress, anxiety, and sleeping better. I also had a twitching eyelid, I think because of stress, and a week after taking this supplement, the twitching of the eyelid went away. I will definitely continue to use this supplement."
Helped my weightlifting cramps and improved blood pressure
"So I suffer from a couple of issues: primarily lots of muscle cramping as well as high blood pressure. Doing some research before hand allowed me to figure out that magnesium was a good vasodilator (helping blood flow through the body and muscles) and supplementing with magnesium would both help my heart and circulation issues as well as provide circulation to my muscles to prevent cramps. Two major improvements I noticed: magnesium instantly stopped me from cramping when doing abs while weight training (this was the muscle group that I had the most issues with, and simply every time I would work out abs, they would cramp). After starting this for a week, it was like magic: no more cramps or muscle spasams. The other effect was that my blood pressure has decreased (full disclosure, I do take losartan as a prescription medication alongside it but I did notice a significant difference that was correlated specifically to the start of me taking magnesium supplements). I hope this helps some people who are considering purchasing this medication, but do remember I am n=1 and that you won’t truly know whether this can assist your health needs before you try it yourself! A bit pricey but it DOES work and therefore worth it
"I enjoy Thorne products as they tend to work better than other brands and have a better product over all.
For me personally, I use their magnesium to help me sleep better at night. It also helps me feel grounded when I get bouts of vertigo.
Magnesium is one of those things where there are multiple types, many brands, and some can cause really bad stomach upset issues (aka diarrhea), this brand and type does NOT cause that issue in me. I have MCAS and it actually seems to help balance some of my IBS issues. Again, I speak only for myself."
