"UPDATE: As promised, here's my update. I AM SOOOOOOOO GRATEFUL FOR THIS STUFF!!!!! It's only been one month, ONE!!!! And my hair is filling in! You know how when you wring your hair out in the shower after washing and like, 30 strands come out in your hand every time? That hasn't happened at all. My follicles are so much stronger, and the bald spot at the side is filling in. Mind you, I started taking 400mg Magnesium Oxide 3 days a week at the same time, just as my grandma suggested, but I have a funny feeling it's this collagen protein powder that is mostly responsible for my strengthened hair. Again, I take 2 scoops morning, 2 at night, mixed with tap water. (Aaaaand... just a FYI, if you take ashwandagah supplements as a sleep aid, etc, this increases DHT levels in the body, which in turn can cause thinning hair.)

I started using this a few days ago after visiting my grandmother, who will be 85 years old in a few months. The first thing I noticed about her after not seeing her for several months was her hair. While out to lunch I said, "You're hair is a lot thicker." She smiled and replied, "I know." And because I've been having issues with thinning hair myself (I'm 37), I asked what she was using. I bought the chocolate-flavored one, and the taste is very delicate and not disgusting at all. Easy to blend with smoothies or down with water."

"I’ve been taking collagen for a few years now . I’ve seen a few changes nothing to write home about.
HOWEVER!! After almost a month of taking this one, I noticed last night that my severely disabled fingers (arthritis) which were getting so bad you could see every joint .
My hands look so much better & the nodules are gone.
I’m really shocked. I wasn’t expecting this at all but being disabled I’ll take any relief. This product is amazing.
I put it in my blender . I use almond /coconut milk-a few ice cubes-a couple dates & I use 2 scoops of the chocolate collagen. It makes this fluffy like shake . I love it .

"There's definetly a change in my skin softness, nail growth and hair!!! I was taking biotin supplements for a couple of years and ran out. I decided to start takeing AN...I had a thumbnail that split vertically and never grew very long because of the verticil split. I started taking 1 scoop a day in my morning coffee back in Jan 2023 and as of this review the split is gone the nail/nails are strong!!! Receive compliments on my skin and nails, and I do recommend Ancient Nutrition...will not be going back to biotin supplements!!!"
