"I got these for my insulin resistance. I had done everything under the sun to try to reverse it on my own. Over the course of the last two years, I gained 20 lbs, my sleep quality greatly declined, I was sluggish and groggy all the time: morning, moon and night, but still unable to sleep. My cravings were out of control, and I mean for everything. Carbs, sugar, alcohol. You name it.
I bought my first bottle about two weeks ago and right off the bat I noticed my mood has been so much better. My sleep quality improved. My energy levels are up and the consistent mental fog has all but disappeared. My cravings are almost completely gone. Not only do I not find fried, crunchy, salty carbs, sweet foods appealing but my taste for alcohol is greatly diminished. I don’t know how, I’m not a scientist, but I never assumed my love for alcohol was because I was craving the sugars and not the feeling. My alleged “alcoholism” is a big problem for obvious reasons and the VA has already warned me about it. So when I could drink every night, and have several at a time, now I might drink once a week and one or two at a time. Not only that but I’m less hungry (HANGRY) throughout the day. Usually I’ll pick and snack throughout the day. But now I eat when I remember I haven’t eaten, and by the time I do I don’t over eat. I can eat a cup of rice and beans no meat and feel full without finishing the cup. I had a really bad problem with not feeling full unless I eat meat. Now I don’t even want to be near it.

So far as my menses, I noticed this period I had lasted about 3 days longer than usual. I generally don’t have issues with my period. Always in time, always about 2-3 long. This last time it lasted 6 days. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
All in all, I’m happy with this product. Will be purchasing again and also recommending to anyone I know to speak to their doctor."

"I’m a little late to write this review but thought I’d still come on here and share anyways. So I was on birth control for most of my life from 15 to about 24 due to period irregularity and then to also prevent pregnancy. Well I finally figured it’s been a long time I should really look into giving my body a break from it. Therefore I did early summer of 2021, but then I started taking it again as I didn’t want my period to start on my birthday (outdoors travel plans). Then I decided to stop again after. So by the end of 2021 my period was pretty normal, I was tracking on the apple app and it was pretty spot on. Now for some reason by February/March of 2022 it got weird. I bled a little before I should’ve then didn’t get my actually period at all. It just never came back. Obviously not pregnant as I took tests. I moved to a new city in June and I finally went to the doctor in July, my gyno thought it might be PCOS she ran some blood tests and I got a call saying my one hormone was higher than the other and that’s usually found in people with PCOS. She gave me some medication (one diabetic people take to help regulate sugar levels). I believed her but was skeptical, I wanted another opinion so I went to a general doctor in the new city who was able to pull the lab reports right away and went over it with me unlike she did. He was amazing and everything they tested for was 100% normal other than this one hormone being higher than the other which it wasn’t totally out of a normal range so he was thinking I didn’t have PCOS. We decide to do an ultrasound of my reproductive organs and I have no cysts, everything looks physically normal. I did some research of my own to find what can help PCOS/regulate hormone and found this supplement. I started taking it around the middle of Sept 2022, not being constant then by October I started being better with it and was on my second bottle. I finally got my period while of my second bottle in Nov 2022 YAY!! Without any doctor medications. So this told me my hormones were just not able to regulate themselves, probably due to the 10 years of birth control. And now the big kicker. I GOT PREGNANT. Right after my first period in over 6 months which means I was ovulating with this medicine!!! I wasn’t trying to get pregnant but I also wasn’t trying not to. I’m now due in August of 2023 right before my birthday. So moral of this long story, try it. Whether your just want to have normal periods and/or are trying to conceive. I had no side effects personally and to me it’s better than the crazy stuff the doctor was trying to give me (which can make some people very sick). It may or may not work for you but I think it’s worth a shot, just give it time and be consistent."

"Edit: after a week off of these I started to notice a huge change and noticed that my hormonal acne came back (a new thing I’ve been dealing with since coming off BC) and my energy levels dropped dramatically. I bought a new bottle (found a cheaper alternative than this brand) and three days in my skin is clear and my energy is back! I’ve also started to see the gradual weight loss I was hoping for - so I would recommend giving it at least two months before making any final decisions on taking it vs not.

After reading so many great reviews I purchased this hoping for the same results, but after finishing a months supply I’m hesitant to rebuy.
Prior to buying these I went off birth control for the first time in years (not to get pregnant!) to help with symptoms and hopefully help with my weight loss. I noticed that after taking these my period came later than normal (a big scare lol), but that I also had none of my pre period cramps and headaches that I am prone to — which was the most noticeable difference while taking these. I also noticed that I had less cravings and was able to more easily wait until 11am for breakfast and follow an intermittent fasting schedule (but this could also just have been my body getting used to the schedule so it’s hard to say it was this).
I’ve noticed nothing on the weight loss side which I was most looking for — I am already exercising/eating healthy and was hoping this would be the boost I needed to help actually see results on the scale, but haven’t.
It’s a good product with no down sides for me at least, but I'm not sure I’d keep buying, as it’s not cheap."
