"Don't listen to any of the reviews about the taste. Yes it tastes like cherry cough syrup...so what? You're literally putting 1/4 teaspoon under your tongue. This is by far the best tasting B-Complex I've tried. I was a little worried about the effectiveness at $20+ for 1oz. I would pay double that for a 30 day supply. As I'm highly vitamin B deficient I've been taking a full dose in the morning and 1/2 dose in the afternoon. I'm 5 days in and at the very least I've been able to remember to take it. Because the taste is actually good my brain hasn't decided to put it to the side like all of the other supplements I've taken through the years. I'll be ordering this product again as well as trying out some of their other supplements. As someone with ADHD and has had more negative side effects to Rx meds than good I'm excited to find something that my body and brain actually crave vs forcing myself to take. If you have ADHD you know what I'm talking about. Our brains say "Tastes/Feels Bad" and quickly says nope, going to focus on something else. I'm not saying skip the meds. What I am saying is if you've been looking for a supplement that doesn't make you feel sicker, this is a great option! I'll update as my doses start leveling out. I'm due for a blood test in July 2023 to see where my B levels are."

"I love the taste of Mary Ruth’s liquid B complex. It gives me great energy during the day (I take it early morning). They recommend 15 drops under the tongue but I take only 10 drops and it is sufficient for me. It is a small bottle (only 1 ounce). It says that this is a two month supply. This remains to be proven as I have been taking it only a few days now. I would recommend this product and will probably reorder when my bottle is empty. Really, there is nothing not to like about this product. Great product and it arrived so fast."
