I bought these to try to curb depression, but maybe my depression is too strong for it to have much effect? It might have had a slight placebo effect if nothing else, and they are good nutrients to have anyway.

The pills themself are fairly easy to swallow despite that they are kind of big. They are capsules with a kind of corn starch smell (which I associate with food), so it is easier to swallow than bitter pills, and it doesn't have much friction when swallowed with water."
