"I was having a lot of issues with getting my nails to grow and nothing else was working . I've been taking these for 3 months my nails look amazing (for me). They're still weak but at least I can grow them and although I don't see any thickness in my hair I definitely think it's growing better than it was without. I like them enough to have ordered a second round. Yes there's a little smell to them but you really don't smell it for long and you don't taste it for long so it's worth it"

"I have been using biotin products over the past year. With hair skin and nails product- I saw a major growth in my long hair. To save a couple dollars.. I tried this brand. I take 3 capsules every morning (same as always) I do not see anymore boost in growth. Once this bottle is empty I will return to hair skin and nails brand.
