"I got this product because Astaxanthin was the key ingredient on a raved about skincare product from some celebrity makeup youtuber and being as skeptical as I am, I went ahead and just found what I thought was the best Astaxanthin on the market. I have to say I haven't been having breakouts and the ones I do have don't leave much of a pigmentation as they always have for me. I'm also noticing no breakouts on my body either. I'm gonna go ahead and keep up with this because why not, it seems like it's actually made a difference.

I've been reading reviews saying that they help with pain, joint, sunburn, etc and I haven't seen any of those benefits. I actually started getting joint pains and arthritis in my hands recently out of the blue, so it doesn't work for me for that apparently. I haven't been in the sun to even know if it helps with sunburn, so I'll have to keep my eye on it when I do. I have a chronic pain condition and I have seen no change in that.

"I almost never write reviews - But this product is so good that I feel very obligated to write one.
I was suffering from sever inflammation in my stomach and both legs - pain was very bad - I went to best doctors in California and they have NO medication for me - All they said was just eat well and take your vitamins and in 6 month to a year it should go away - Then a good friend of mine recommended this - and after I took this I immediately felt my inflammation went down a little ( but it was great as no other medication seemed to have worked - I was taking Turmeric also which had very small effect) - One tablet is recommended but I was taking three or four ( with 6 to 8 hours intervals) - Every time I took the tablet I felt my inflammation went down a little- but later with diminishing returns, yet it worked every time - It was a long process - It took me several months, almost a year to completely get rid of my inflammation - But this is the ONLY medicine which worked - my friend treatment / suggestion was better than these doctors making insane amounts of money - If you have inflammation then this medicine is GOD'S SEND ! & the delivery is really fast also:
CONS : Because I was taking 3 - 4 tablet a day instead of one I researched side effects - apparently you can take up to 36 mg ( 12 mg X 3 tablets) a day and it is fine - Only side effect I felt was getting low blood pressure and I felt dizzy climbing stairs but amazingly after taking this for a couple of weeks I no longer felt dizzy or low blood pressure - apparently your body makes an adjustment
I fully and heartily recommend this to anyone suffering from inflammation - I only wish Doctors would know about this and let their patients know - I feel very lucky that a good friend of mine told me about this and I am eternally grateful to him ! ( since then I have recommended this to couple of my friends also and again Doctors had no medication for inflammation for them also)
Edit: Many thanks for all these Upvotes - For the benefit of people suffering from inflammation: Stinging Nettle Root Extract 7500mg helped me also ( I was taking that but it was not as effective to me as Astaxanthin) -another thing I did was I cut all red meat from my diet - I only ate fish and chicken went vegan and yes cut all fast food and eat minimum sugars / sweets and low carbs - as diet is very important to eliminate inflammation - All the best to everyone !"
