"My thing is I want to have a regular bowel movement in the morning, so I consume one caplet in the evening before I go to sleep. My sleep pattern has changed as I've grown older, interrrupted sleep really makes functioning during the day pretty rough so it's important I sleep soundly for as many hours as possible.
