"Have been using this collagen for about 5'ish months now. I put one scoop in my coffee each morning. It is flavorless and dissolves with the heat of the coffee nicely with no lumps (no matter how you take it, dissolving it in warm water first helps a lot)

Now that part is out of the way, let me talk about what I have noticed.

In combination with my skincare routine, I feel like I look better than I have in awhile (I am 56).

My nail and hair definitely seem like they are growing faster. Not going to say they are stronger or miraculously fast or anything like that, but it does seem like I am cutting both a lot sooner than I used to.

The last thing is blood work. Again, not saying that this product, or product alone made the difference, but I do feel like it helped. My good cholesterol was off the charts high for the first time since I got on a statin 30+ years ago. It has always been controlled and within range. This time is was quite out of range in a good way. My doc said that was a fabulous thing and to keep doing what I am doing. I'm taking it to heart and continuing to do what I do, which includes this product.

I did run out once and was lazy and didn't reorder right away. My body could tell. Now I have it on a monthly subscription so I don't run out again.

"This collagen powder it's the only I found that has all types of collagen and as an old lady I need those for replace the deficit that comes with the aging process. I consult with my doctor and she agreed that taking 1 or 2 teaspoons daily it can helps with arthritis and other functions so I'm going for the 3rd container and now I can tell what I think: No. 1 The powder comes always in time and very well sealed I never found any spill. "HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! tried many but this one has all 5 peptides and seriously helps with joint pains and skin. If I run out and don't take , after week and half OOHHHHH I feel the difference. Get right back on it and BOOM!! feel like a teen again. I am 54 yrs old and literally people guess me at 35 ish most times and I believe part of the reason outside of good genes is this stuff.
