Definitely would recommend. Only thing is I don’t think the apple cider vinegar part works. I heard you need to be taking these for over a month before results so hopefully by month three these kick in."

"This pre/probiotic was recommended by a friend. I am on my 3rd bottle now and seems to be working well. I have not lost weight like some others have posted, but that's not the purpose of taking them. It did take all most a month before I noticed a difference, which I was not surprised by.
A few weeks ago I took a trip and forgot Rae at home, thus noticed a negative difference. Started back on them when I got home and now back to normal.
I have not had any issues with the taste or smell, so no issues there.
Ok, second review 90 days later. I have been taking these religiously for three months now. Seems to be working well, not sure how I will feel not taking them. But I suppose it's time to find out. I came to purchase my next months supply and the price has more than DOUBLED. Seriously, this is not cool!!!!! Shame on you!!!"
