"Got this to help me get to sleep faster and subsequently wake up early for classes when my sleep schedule was already demolished. Works well even with only a single tablet, I find myself easily falling asleep within 20 minutes if I turn the lights off, normally I stay awake for up to an hour. When I need to knock myself out I take 2, but I wouldn't go over that, as you will inhibit sleep quality after. Due to the washout period I wake up earlier than normal when I take these even if I fall asleep at the same time, so I would only use it when you need to fall asleep quickly and get up early, but there are more than enough units to last for many months."
