"I do not like to write reviews, but I wanted to write this one in case anyone wasn't sure if this stuff works! It does! i have tried lots of supplements that promise a lot and deliver very little. I keep a journal where I write down my energy level each day - 10 being the best. Last year, I only have a handful of 9's and no 10's! I have 9's and 10's most days now.
