Takes time but it was my saving grace
"It took 4 months to start seeing a little difference in my thinning hair, and 6 months and an environmental change to see a BIG difference. I was losing hair because of major stress at work, but I wasn’t sure if that was the reason initially. I took this consistently twice a day (with food) and 4 months in I started feeling my hair get thicker. I was still at my stressful job at that time. My hair stylist noted a difference too which was comforting. I moved and changed jobs 5 months into taking it and by month 6 my hair was totally back to how it was before the year of insane work stress. I do notice my leg hair grows faster too. I still take it for fear of my hair ever thinning again but I’m not as consistent as I used to be, most days now it’s just once daily. It does have a fishy taste but just take it with something other than water and that is barely noticeable, if at all. I did not get the gross fish burps like I have previously with Omega 3 supplements!"
Tastes different, ingredients are different
"I’ve been taking this product off & on for the past couple years. In the beginning, I did notice less thinning, so I want to go back to it and use it more consistently.
Immediately I noticed the pills in the shipment I got through Amazon tasted vastly different than the ones bought at Target. Better. But does tasting better mean… well better? It tastes less fishy and I noticed shark is eliminated from the Amazon order. There are other slide variations in the other ingredients as well. I tried to search online to find any information about the difference but could not. I guess I’ll have to try it and see. I’ll report back on my findings.
On a side note, it took forever to get my order. Like several months later. I actually figured the order had been canceled."

"I usually don’t write reviews but this here needs one. I have adrogenic alopecia and currently seeing a doctor for it, but since I no a pharma drug fans I saw this in Walgreens and decided to try it. My first box was for a month and I then I purchase some more here in Amazon. My hair is between 4A and 4B and dry, I was loosing so much hair specially when I washed, but as you can see after almost two months taking twice daily I have noticed the difference of how much hair I’m losing now and before taking the vitamin. I my experience is true I have noticed a thicker hair and still trimmer often since my top hair is shorter because of the alopecia, but now is growing. Be patient just wait. I know and been feeling the frustration to not have you hair the way you want to but these here really works!????????"
