"Depending on sleep needed I'll take 1-2 gummies but, 2 tabs provides a good 6 hrs of sleep. I only use melatonin products when quality of sleep has already declined 2 nights in a row to avoid tolerance. It has a great flavor and it's nice not to have to swallow another pill."
