"I keep having this recurring pain that eventually was pinpointed to the gallbladder as the source. Day after day this intense and debilitating pain. I was having to take up to 4 Ibuprofen twice a day just to be able to handle it. I eventually had to go to the Emergency Room. They ran all these tests but could not figure out what the source was. Just that it was possibly the gallbladder. On a whim, I ordered some of these along with some other supplements in a long line hoping something would help. After I started taking these twice a day, the pain stopped. It just STOPPED. After everything else failed. I have since recommended it to friends and family. "No water required at bedtime to swallow a magnesium pill that helps with sleep and it’s a chewable. Great to avoid pills with digestive issues. The chews do not sit in my stomach like a pill does. Great find."
